This world is absolutely free, it doesn't require any CC. Autor of the roads (Ashillion on MTS) deleted the thread, where was the download link, but I found the old thread using Google cache memory.

Hi,
this lot is form my world, which is still in progress. But I releasing some complete lots.
There is the first one. It's a gym, named "Gym 'n Juice". In this gym you can do bodybuilding, you can do youga or fitness exercises. There you will meet your best friends.
